Mantra Con CEO introduces workforce-development services to council

Stephanie Robinson introduced herself to the Marion City Council as CEO of Mantra Con and asked the city to consider the organization as a partner for workforce-development needs.
"Workforce development is our goal," Robinson said, explaining that she has worked with Mantra Con for 19 years and has been CEO since February 2025. She said Mantra Con has provided work experiences with the city in past years and wants to keep that pipeline of workers strong. Robinson offered to be a resource for employers and distributed business cards to council members and staff.
The council thanked Robinson for the introduction; no formal action was taken.
