The Grant County Board of County Commissioners voted April 21 to adopt Resolution 2026-03, placing a temporary moratorium on acceptance of applications to establish, operate or expand data centers in the county. Commissioner McGaughey moved for adoption and Commissioner Figgins seconded; the resolution carried unanimously.
