During public comment, Ruston resident Sophy Englund proposed several alternatives to using a height increase to address remediated soil on Lot 15. She said relocating the soil to a private, properly permitted site (which she and her husband have identified and are in contact with regulators) or distributing the soil across multiple parcels could lessen the local impact.
