Mayor Bruce Hopkins recommended appointing Stu Lehr to Position No. 5 on the Ruston Planning Commission to complete a partial six-year term that expires June 30, 2026. The resolution formalizing the appointment (Resolution 803) was presented and Councilmember Syler moved for adoption; Councilmember Huson seconded and the council voted 4-0 to approve the appointment.
