Chief Appraiser reports assessment levels; 2024 digest review passed
Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey reported the countywide Level of Assessment at 39.07% (Residential 39.00%, Agricultural 39.42%, Commercial 38.09%, Industrial 39.11%) and told the board the Department of Revenue's 2024 digest review passed the triennial review.

Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey presented the monthly production/activity report for January and gave the current overall Level of Assessment as 39.07 percent; he provided category breakdowns for residential (39.00%), agricultural (39.42%), commercial (38.09%) and industrial (39.11%). Fiscal-year 2026 Level of Assessment figures were also presented (overall FY2026 33.59% with subcategory figures listed).
