Dr. Ken Ward, Parish Administrator, presented a proposed update to Bossier Parish Police Jury Policy No. 770 to change the official public-records request submission email from [email protected] to [email protected] to ensure continuity when staffing changes occur; the new address will forward to Parish Secretary Ashley Ezell and Assistant Parish Secretary Julie Gill. Dr. Ward said Information Technology will route requests to an alternate address when both staff are out of the office to maintain continuity.
