Commission clears Dot Com Plex Unit 2 final plat dividing Lot 5 into five lots

Pottawatomie County planners told commissioners on Feb. 19 that Lot 5 in Dot Com Plex Subdivision will be re-platted into five lots, of which three will be zoned commercial and two zoned residential. Planner Bridget Snow presented the staff explanation to the commission.
"It is a re-plat of Lot 5 in Dot Com Plex Subdivision being split into create 5 lots, of which 3 are zoned commercial and two are zoned residential," Snow said. Secretary Robert Busby moved to approve the final plat; Tatum Couture seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The commission’s action allows the applicant to move forward with final-plat recording and any associated site work consistent with applicable zoning.
