County staff said the surplus vehicles and equipment would be placed on govdeals for public bidding. The board also declared the former Reed Road Fire Station and the former Eichelberger Fire Station surplus, authorized title searches and set minimum bid amounts based on appraisals: $102,000 for the Reed Road property and $68,000 for Eichelberger. Staff said they had contacted known donor families and would return with disposition recommendations after title work and further review.
The motions to declare surplus property and to proceed with disposition steps carried by voice vote.
