Following a motion to enter executive session to discuss litigation, commissioners reconvened and reported no action was taken.

The Laurens County Board of Commissioners voted to enter executive session to discuss litigation matters. Chairman Jimmy Rogers moved to go into executive session and Commissioner Kevin Tanner seconded; the board then voted to come out of executive session on a motion by Commissioner Gerad Mathis, seconded by Commissioner Kevin Tanner. The board reported no action was taken as a result of the executive session.
