The Ward County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the county's 2026 Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) after a presentation by Emergency Management Director Kelly Haugan. The motion to adopt the plan was moved by Commissioner Rostad and seconded by Commissioner Schuler; a roll-call vote recorded each commissioner voting yes and the motion passed.
