Attendees confirmed they use a speaker queue; the trainer demonstrated how the live-manager interface shows a speaker icon and how clerks can start, stop, or extend timers. He explained elected officials are usually not timed but that the system supports 1-, 3- and 5-minute presets and can add time in increments. "If you wanted to call them, you could... the timer will show once it gets to 0, it just stops," Manny said while showing the interface.
