Rodney Warren, Foley Equipment advisor, presented service agreements for two new graders identified as FM 251229-002 and FM 251229-003. The agreements provide for maintenance coverage up to 10,000 hours in service. Commissioner Nicholas Galemore moved to approve the Foley CAT maintenance agreements; Commissioner Paul Westhoff seconded and the commission approved the motion 3‑0.
