The Neosho County Commission approved its consent agenda by a single motion, adopting $2,279,991.11 in accounts payable and $142,321.29 in payroll clearing, along with minutes from Oct. 21, Nov. 12 and Nov. 18, 2025, and eight leave requests for non‑elected department heads. Commissioner Gail Klaassen moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Nicholas Galemore seconded and the motion passed 3‑0.
