The planning commission approved two expedited rezoning requests that each would allow an additional building lot for a family member. Staff said REZ2026-00004 (Rimfire Road, 9.31 acres) would permit one additional building lot and presented proffers; the applicant was present and there was no public opposition. The commission approved the motion for REZ2026-00004 with the proffers dated May 28, 2026.
