Commissioners approve multiple resolutions and accept Aging Board resignation
Summary
During meetings Sept. 3 and Sept. 10, the commission approved Resolutions 2025-4, 2025-6 (transfer to the Comprehensive Insurance Fund) and Resolution 2025-7 increasing an expenditure line in the Maternal Child Health grant; the board also accepted Cynthia White—s resignation from the Aging Board.
The Roosevelt County Commission adopted Resolution 2025-4 on a motion by Commissioner Robert Toavs and a second by Commissioner Gary Macdonald during the Sept. 3 meeting. The minutes record the motion and that the resolution passed; the transcript does not include the resolution text.
On Sept. 3 the board also passed Resolution 2025-6, transferring appropriations to the Comprehensive Insurance Fund, and on Sept. 10 the commission approved Resolution 2025-7 to increase an expenditure line in the Maternal Child Health grant with the general fund. At the Sept. 10 meeting the commission accepted the resignation of Cynthia White from the Aging Board and recorded appreciation for her service.
