Planning staff and commissioners debated rules for mobile-home and RV storage and whether those units should be treated as temporary structures or housing. Martha Harrison (MARC) flagged existing language and options; staff member Erin Ladd and Jarrod Jowdy said the planning office frequently fields questions about applicants living in RVs and whether permits are needed. Ryan Silvestri noted that a travel trailer left in place for six months may be considered "sited" and could face taxation.
