Board members expressed confidence in Erin Ladd and agreed that the voting record showed members voted independently. A motion by Justin Hyjek, seconded by George Tucker Jr., to approve the response letter passed unanimously.
The board did not take further disciplinary or procedural action at the meeting and characterized the matter as resolved with the approved written response.
