At the Dec. 2, 2025 meeting of the Harvey County Planning & Zoning Advisory Board/Board of Zoning Appeals, staff presented a proposal to develop a public survey on nuisance violations and building codes. The agenda item asked board members to review sample questions provided by staff, help develop final questions and set a timeline for when the survey would be open to the public. Chair Justin Stucky called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; the meeting record lists adjournment at 9:00 p.m.
