The Development Review Board reviewed and approved corrections to the Jan. 12, 2026 minutes after members noted attendance and several line edits. John Boehrer, Julie Nicoll and Jarrod Jowdy proposed specific textual corrections and the board voted unanimously to accept the minutes as corrected.
Under other business staff confirmed receipt of bi-weekly updates from The Mill per a memorandum of understanding. The board then moved and unanimously voted to adjourn at 8:21 p.m.
