Select Board members debated incumbency and community representation before filling Planning Commission vacancies. After several nominations and a failed motion, the board amended a motion and voted to appoint Ed D’Ottavio and Judy Pullinen to the Planning Commission four-year terms; Noah Schmidt was later appointed to a term expiring in 2028. "Incumbency does not imply expertise," Alan Couch said during the discussion, urging consideration of all applicants.
