Public asks about redline charter, hookups and hearing accessibility at Ludlow merger hearing

Mar 3, 2026

Several residents used the hearing to ask for clarifications about documents, utilities and outreach. Andrea Goodman asked whether a redline copy of the charter changes was available; Logan Nicoll said no redline exists because the merged entity would be new and the Village charter "is completely different and of no value to redline." Michelle Stinson asked about sewer hook‑ons and was told that responsibilities currently held by Trustees would be combined with the Water system under the Plan.
