After Erin Ladd offered to verify tax‑card details with the assessors, the board approved the request by unanimous motion.
Regarding 145 Main Street, Penny Wu explained the applicant purchased the former manager’s office and will combine units #200 and #207 under an approved DRB renovation permit; the board voted unanimously to combine the units and relinquish allocation for #200, while a separate request for Condo #107 was tabled for additional information.
The minutes show actions taken to align allocation records with property status and building permits; the board indicated a future rental‑registry program could help improve long‑term compliance.
