Sheriff’s reports, seized-property policy changes and excess-fee transfers approved

In an add-on item the court approved changes to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department policy and procedures concerning seized property storage and control; Michael Jarboe moved and Edmondo Cima seconded the motion, which passed with all voting yea. The court also moved to accept sheriff excess fees and make transfers to return funds to the sheriff; that motion was made by Edmondo Cima, seconded by Scotty Harrison, and approved unanimously.
