Interim Planner Karna Stoddard told the board she is creating permitting applications to align with current regulations but cannot update the county’s online portal because she lacks access to the account that manages the portal. "The online portal needs attention because it does not have permit applications loaded into it," Stoddard said.
Stoddard said there are three subdivisions on the planning calendar (two final, one preliminary) and that DEQ has requested a 30-day extension on the Riverview Subdivision for further Ch.23 review, with a May 16 deadline for required materials. She also said she is reviewing ADA compliance for county facilities as part of planner duties.
