The Town of Manchester Selectboard re-adopted the Local Emergency Management Plan (LEMP) at its March 17 meeting to update contact information and fulfill an annual re-adoption requirement. Selectboard member Laurie Kunz moved to adopt the plan and the board voted All in Favor, 4-0.
