The Board adopted Resolution #07-13-2026B to comply with recent changes to Iowa's open-meetings requirements under House File 2490 and Iowa Code Chapter 21. The resolution designates a prominent, conspicuous, and publicly accessible physical location for notices: the left glass panel of the door entering from Dodge Street into the County Office Building at 404 Dodge Street, Keosauqua. The resolution also directs that meeting notices and tentative agendas be posted on the county's primary website (https://www.vanburencounty.iowa.gov).
