Van Buren County adopted Resolution #07-13-2026A to establish posted speed limits on multiple segments of the county's paved secondary road system. The resolution follows an engineering and traffic investigation by County Engineer Ryne Thornburg after Senate File 378 raised the statutory default speed to 60 mph for paved secondary roads effective July 1, 2026.
