Chair David Michelson opened the meeting, introduced Mark Shoener as a new Planning Commission member, and proposed creating an onboarding packet for new commissioners. Michelson said he believed an onboarding packet would be “beneficial moving forward” to outline the responsibilities of Planning Commission members and increase the speed at which they learn their roles.
