The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) amendment for the Adel EMS Station on July 21 and authorized the chair to sign GMP Amendment #2. Farnsworth Group's Kristofer Orth presented a project estimate showing a current maximum price of $6,134,593, or roughly $602.49 per square foot, which he described as consistent with market conditions.
