On April 21 the Manchester Selectboard discussed potential changes to Chapter XIII, Section 13-13 of town ordinances, which govern the use of town sidewalks for dining. Town Manager Scott Murphy summarized the history of sidewalk dining regulation and cited input from Zoning Administrator Brabazon as a resource for the board’s consideration.
