Anthony Leiber of the Health Department told commissioners there were five properties to be added to the Wastewater Management District and listed the addresses in Floyds Knobs, New Albany and Lanesville. Commissioners voted to allow President Al Knable to sign the necessary documents outside the meeting; the motion passed unanimously.
