Rob Huckabee of Clark Deitz presented the Paoli Pike sidewalk master plan, proposing sidewalks from Buffalo Trail to Highway 150. Huckabee outlined phase costs: about $4 million for the segment from East Luther to Buffalo Trail and an additional $2 million to extend to Highway 150. Commissioner Jason Sharp moved to accept the study; Commissioner Frank Loop seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
