Danny Standiford, representing Floyds Knobs Water Utility, presented three separate requests to the board. He first asked the county to consider adopting or clarifying road-cut permit fees for emergency after-hours work. He then presented an invoice to the county totaling $23,801.45 for abandoning a 4-inch cast iron main on Old Vincennes Road and said the water company hoped to utilize leftover ARP funds from other projects to cover the cost.
