The Town issued an RFP for ADA accessibility improvements to two hallway bathrooms in the Town Offices and received a single bid from High-Tech Plumbing and Heating for $13,400. Town Manager Scott Murphy said the bid appeared low relative to expected scope, and the board approved a contract with High-Tech 'not-to-exceed' $50,000 to permit additional modifications, storage creation, or unforeseen costs. The motion, made by Heidi Chamberlain and seconded by Jonathan West, passed 4-0.
