Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Klein told the board that Olympic, the contractor on the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project, has not submitted required timeline updates to Davy or the village. Because the contractor failed to provide a project timeline as required by the Letter of Conditions, the village has not approved payment of substantial outstanding invoices and will not accept responsibility for vendor interest charges attributable to delayed payment.
