City Recorder Nicole told the council she has fielded complaints about occupied RVs parking in Hemlock and explained enforcement options and costs. She said towing and disposal of a motorhome can be in the $1,200–$1,500 range and that local tow companies have sometimes declined to tow due to the complexity of disposal and potential asbestos and gray-water issues.
