Berggren Architects presented a courthouse master plan and preliminary drainage recommendations to the board in March 2021 (Jerry Berggren, SEG 036). The plan identified foundation and site-drainage work around the courthouse square; the board authorized preliminary design and later attempted to receive sealed bids for a "Courthouse Foundation Restoration ' Drainage Project."
