Berggren Architects appeared on several Nemaha County agendas in 2020 to present options for courthouse renovations and a third-floor master plan. Commissioners moved the item to follow-up meetings several times to allow additional review and to coordinate decisions with other courthouse priorities, including HVAC and accessibility upgrades.
