At the May 13 meeting the board approved an agreement with Berggren Architects to complete proposed master-plan tasks; the firm’s work was later placed on the Feb. 5, March 4 and April 1 agendas for additional discussion. No final construction contract was executed in 2020; the board used the architect’s reports to identify repair and renovation priorities and to inform budget requests.
