Staff reports software conversion plan; board schedules March meeting then enters executive session
Staff updated the board on a conversion to the Vision system (running side-by-side with IAS for fiscal 2027) with a plan to go live next January for fiscal 2028; the board set its next meeting for March 25 and voted to enter executive session under cited state statutes to discuss abatements, ATB cases and executive-session minutes.

Staff member (S4) told the board that conversion work to the Vision system is ongoing, that they are "constantly finding errors" and that they plan to keep IAS running for fiscal 2027 while seeking DOR approval. S4 said the intention is to "go live with Vision next January when we start for '28" and that the offices will run both systems side-by-side during the approval process.
