At the Oct. 22 meeting, the Town of Ayer assessor's office updated the board on the fiscal 2026 valuation and certification process, reporting that residential values were up roughly 11%, commercial values about 4%, and industrial about 6%. Staff said sales were being certified in the mid-90s range (about 94–95%).
