The borough considered a purchased 2021 CF Moto CForce 600 ATV with plow offered by Marvin Phillips for use in winter plowing, park work and trash collection. Staff reported that Leisure Time in Corry, PA inspected the ATV and noted only normal wear items and potential tire replacement in a year. Council approved a retroactive motion to accept the purchase from Marvin Phillips for $5,000 (motion by Councilor Joyce, seconded by Councilor Steadman).
