Snack Shack gets siding donation; repairs lower priority while pool work continues

The Director said one side of the Snack Shack has received new siding thanks to donated materials and a volunteer workday from an employee of a local company. "Someone donated it. Aaron Hansen had 1 day, from his work that he could volunteer," the Director said, noting that the remaining siding work is on the department's priority list behind the pool repairs.
Commissioners discussed potential fundraisers and volunteer events to support ongoing maintenance and to activate fields for family events and drop-in programming. The Director said she has reached out to Little League and city council representatives to coordinate and hopes to set a fuller community meeting to plan next season and volunteer support.
