The full story
The Eaton County Planning Commission voted to support a change of conditions for Crandall Park (CU‑2172) that clears the way for a new western access off Flanders Road, expanded beach amenities including an 80x100' restroom/concession/water‑sports building, a 24'x300' pier/boardwalk, two large pavilions, an inflatable water course, and a peninsula dog park. The commission's approval was limited to the items explicitly listed in the application; office buildings, cabanas and proposed campgrounds were not approved and would require separate submissions.
