Mindy Kiff, vice president of the district bond oversight committee, told trustees the committee’s review showed bond funds have been spent and accounted for as approved. "From 06/30/2025, we had just over $12,000,000 as our beginning balance. We had just under $4,000,000 as our expenditures, and our ending balance is just under $9,000,000," Kiff said in presenting the Measure D report.
Following the presentation, district staff reported an independent audit of Measure D showing no findings as of June 2025; trustees moved to accept the audit and approved it by voice vote. Kiff then reported on Measure R projects, saying the elementary HVAC and roofing project and front-entry work are complete and that the Measure R fund currently holds about $13,800,000 for upcoming projects such as a field replacement and Kinder wing modernization. Trustees accepted the Measure R audit as well.
Board members thanked the bond oversight committee for their review. District staff noted that remaining Measure D funds would likely be prioritized for junior-high landscaping and classroom updates, with staff to return with more detailed plans and timelines as design work proceeds.
