The committee called on a nominee introduced as "Joseph Adam Morales," who self-identified as "Joseph Adam Raul" and said he goes by Adam. Adam told the committee he has been an inspector for about 11 years and is owner-operator of 5 Star Home Inspection; he said he looks forward to serving on the Home Inspector Regulatory Board.
