Council appointed a Special Event Committee including Leona Roberts, Gary Roberts, Charles Barber, Stephanie Norton and Katie Lunsford. The motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts and seconded by Brent Eberspacher; the vote was unanimous.

During the Nov. 10 meeting the council voted to form and populate a Special Event Committee. The motion, made by Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts and seconded by Brent Eberspacher, named five people to the committee: Leona Roberts, Gary Roberts, Charles Barber, Stephanie Norton and Katie Lunsford. The council recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
