The council adopted two administrative resolutions related to ARCH (A Regional Coalition for Housing). Councilor Kirk moved to authorize allocation of shared sales tax revenue to replenish the city’s ARCH housing trust account (approximately $104,430); the motion passed 7–0. The council also adopted a resolution authorizing the city of Bellevue, as ARCH’s administrative agency, to administer certain housing project agreements on behalf of Bothell; that motion passed 7–0 as well.
