Staff flags landmark code, TDR, EV and tree-code items for upcoming meetings

Community development staff reported several items on the near-term agenda: landmark preservation code updates following the landmark board meeting, next steps on transfer-of-development-rights work presented to council, electric-vehicle code updates, and a tree-code update kickoff tied to the urban forestry plan. Staff noted the city’s newly hired urban forester will start in early July and will participate in upcoming discussions.
