Following an executive session cited under KSA 75-4319(b)(1) for non-elected personnel matters, the commission reconvened and voted to terminate Public Works Department employee Chayce Littau effective immediately.

The commission recessed to an executive session to discuss an individual employee’s performance under KSA 75-4319(b)(1), including the Governing Body, City Administrator, City Clerk and the Public Works Director. The open meeting reconvened at 5:15 p.m., and Commissioner Truelove moved to terminate Public Works Department employee Chayce Littau effective immediately; the motion was seconded and carried.
