Jeremy told the commission he would finish the remaining electric analysis and circulate a revised draft by early April, but that he wanted the commission to finalize textual decisions first so graphics are not redone. "I'll get this off to you... I'll shoot for that day or early," Jeremy said, describing his delivery schedule.
